Hello Weagl860

Yes just post your success here, you can edit your original post each day (click edit on top right of your post) so everything is on one post

I've only been doing No S for a month but yes I believe on special occasions - such as an anniversary you can class this as an S day :)

I would love to join in again. Did not do that well in August but am still working on just building the habit. I will post success or no success EVERYDAY with no snacks and no seconds and then success fail separately for sweets. I will also post my activity...and my weight intermittently.

Sept 1: S Day and a good s day... Just a party in the evening with hors d'oerves and wine.
Sept 2: SUCCESS
Sept 3: FAIL Technically on vacation but it is going to be a long one (till Sept. 17th) so I am trying to keep it mostly tames on S days and most like N days on weekdays. Had some Turkish delight and nutella today.

I did we'll the first half of August and am finishing up strong the end of the month, but the week or two mid-month I blew it on vacation! This month I would like to see a lot less red. But this is a new lifestyle for me so nothing's stopping me!

I am on board for the September challenge! I am one week in to the No S diet. Today is my first S day and I am having a hard time not treating it like an N day..... since I didn't lose any weight yet.
I'm a 5'2'' female and I currently weight 142. The top of my BMI is 135.
Here's to a "green September"!

Update 9/24/13: I have had all green days so far in September. Getting toward the end!

I love these challenges! Very motivating. I've actually started journaling a little figuring I'll look back on these some day.

1- s day
2- :D
3- :D very interesting day, I was only able to get a couple of bites of yogurt and a small crappy apple for lunch so I was famished for dinner. At the store I bought a large baguette and lots of cheese for homemade mac. I usually binge on this meal by picking here and there and eating seconds and thirds without ever feeling full. Tonight I made up my single plate and wasn't able to finish it. This is powerful for me! It's just like Reinhard said the stomach is really dumb at telling it is full when you pick and pick and pick at food. One plate is such a mental thing: simple but awesome!!!
4- :D
5- :D
6- s day -- pretty bingey with a pumpkin bread
7- s day -- pretty bingey with a lot of things! BAD Day :(
8- red day -- one non-bingey piece of cake (didn't even finish it, what a waste of a red day )
9- :D
10-:D
11-:D
12-:D
13-:D
14- weigh in day 153.5 (up 0.5) - s day
15- s day
16-:D
17-:D
18-:D
19-:D
20-:D
21- s day
22- s day - a better weekend over all but still had A LOT of esses. Probably 7 or 8 between the two days.
23-:D
24-:D
25-:D
26-:D - had a wonderful one plate bunco meal. One questionable app was apple with a sugary glaze but I feel very successful. Passed on the candies ad the desserts. Very pleased! :)
27-:D
28- s day
29- s day - 2 ok s days! Had a little bingey moment in the AM today but calmed down. Had a 5 scoop sundae tonigt because I wanted one. No guilt, no yuckiness. Yay!

Count me in! I lost 4 pounds in August, and I want to keep the momentum going. More importantly, I want to continue to work on building good habits. Also. Last month, I aimed for 20 workouts, and I only made it to 15, for various reasons (mainly an elbow injury). This month, I want to try for 18 workouts.

1. Fail 1/18 workouts
2. Success! 2/18 workouts
3. Fail
4. Success! 3/18 workouts
5. Fail
6. Fail 4/18 workouts
7. Success! 5/18 workouts
8. ? I forgot to keep track.
9.? Same thing. Busy week. 6/18 workouts
10. Fail
11. Success! 7/18 workouts
12. Success! 8/18 workouts
13. S Day (sick)
14. S Day (sick)
15. Success! 9/18 workouts

Good luck for September! :)

I've actually been working out more regularly than I have in a few years, but haven't been keeping track very well. Maybe I will for the rest of the month.

I haven't been very good in the past at adding to a created post. Not sure how to handle that.

I went to a yoga class this morning, but I'm coming to the conclusion I won't regard that as my 14 minutes even though we had a lot of tough moments in a 90-minute class. I will fit it in later, as I've got groceries to bring in and lunch pretty soon.
