Health Improvement

Hi, everyone!

I'm curious. Has anyone here had an improvement in health from following the No S Diet? I'm referring to blood pressure, triglycerides, etc. I feel like eating this way has multiple benefits.

Hi Ruamgirl,

So this is in no way scientific but:

My knees hurt much less

I don't feel dizzy anymore after eating a (near-endless) meal - so my energy level has stabalized a lot more and I don't feel that my bloodsugar is going wild anymore - in hindsight I'm wondering if I was pre-diabetic?
