Eating out of a Ramekin!

Post by herbsgirl » Sat Nov 23, 2013 4:58 pm

Heres a new take on your "plate" 3x a day

This lady ate out of a ramekin 3x a day to lose weight, same principle as No S, but good portion control for sure!!!! snacks were allowed, but those following No S could just delete the snacks and use the ramekin.

She lost the 6 lbs or whatever she gained in week. I suspect she would have done that anyway.

I think eating from a ramekin might get difficult. Boring was her word. Would you pack your own if you went out to lunch with someone or would you just as for your meal to be served in a ramekin?

They come in a variety of sizes. But eating from a ramekin makes the idea of eating every three hours seem sensible!

One of the reasons No S works is because it flows seamlessly into social situations, making it easier to stick with for a lifetime. Eating out of a ramekin is not going to be fun for your friends at dinners out. They will either feel guilty for eating normally, or feel sorry that you're a nut case eating out of a ramekin instead of a plate. :) A ramekin is insanely restrictive which, as we all know, leads to appetite backlash. What is wrong with a regular plate?

I think it's a classic example of a fad, quick weight loss diet. As soon as you start eating normally again, the weight will return.
