Interesting Article on Popular NoS Mod

Long read, but interesting.

I inadvertently do this at least once a week by "forgetting" to eat lunch because of focus on work or lack of access to food. I typically just have coffee or tea for breakfast. So, if it's 3:30 and I haven't eaten, I just rough it until dinner (don't want to spoil my appetite). Amazingly, it never happens on back-to-back days (the brain finds a way to "remember" to get fed). Good to know that there are some potential health benefits to this inadvertent mod.

This was a great article! I can see many tie-ins with NoS as well as popular methods of intermittent fasting that some on these boards do.

NoS is so magnificently understated. It doesn't get the press like these intermittent fasting diets do, but all the while, NoS marches along with good old-fashioned moderation and (for me) accomplishes many of the same things as more severe deprivation diets.

Sounds like this is one of those crazy diets that Reinhard warns about. (quick results, but impossible habits for the long term.)

I say about No S, if it ain't broke don't fix it!
