Does Vitamin Water count as a sweet? Just wondering.

They have some type of that at Costco that doesn't have any calories. I suspect it has artificial sweetener in it, so I'd consider it like Diet soda. But there are probably other types of vitamin water out there besides what I've seen at Costco.

It came from this page which has some other sugar info. http://lifespa.com/healthy-blood-sugar- ... 3193359375A bottle of Vitamin Water – considered a healthy beverage – has 27 grams of sugar – it’s a jolt to anyone’s brain chemistry and blood sugar
Hope it helps.

Yeah, I figured as much. Even though it has water in its name, it's just too sugary. Oh, well. Another thing is, I generally try to avoid sugar free gum/mints because artificial sweeteners trigger migraines for me, so I would just get regular mints, but would those be considered a sweet since they have sugar? Sorry if I'm over-analyzing this!

Well, it's not No Sugar, it's No Sweets. A chewing gum isn't the end of the world. I wouldn't count breathmints either.
That said, in my experience it's a lot easier to form a habit if you refrain from most things that taste sugary/sweet. I used to drink diet coke regularly after lunch (techniqually not an S) and I can now see a clear correlation for the days I drank it with the days I struggled or failed. So do think about what you really need that tastes sweet.
