I got the ideas for much of what the author talks about on my own cobbled from varied sources not long before I came across No S. They were very influential in my being able to resist urges, but I did and sometimes still do have to actively bring them to mind. Small price to pay- most of the time.

I think NoSnacker posted this as well, but maybe it was on Sparkpeople. No matter. It's free and is meant to be shared.

Oolala53, The link given here is to the Book Review which I wrote today,
so I feel fairly certain that it hasn't been posted here before.
At the end of my article I provide the code for the free e-book download.

I've not seen that code in any other post here on No S.
but as you say, "No matter, (the e-book) is "free and is meant to be shared."
