SISU War Hammer by Rogue Fitness

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Couldn't find mention of this by searching the forum... SISU War Hammer by Rogue Fitness

Prepare yourself for hyperbole, but it might be a useful product(?).
Mikko Salo Inspired
The Rogue War Hammer is an indestructible training weapon designed with a seven gauge loadable steel head.

The Hammer's weight reaches 28 lbs. when fully loaded with lead shot. It can survive training, no matter the conditions. And the pipe length offers more leverage than a traditional sledgehammer so that you can exert maximal force, no matter the target. The rallying cry, "SISU" (the Finnish word for stubborn determination) is laser-etched on the hammer head to remind you to continue on. Make every strike count.

Specifications:

Total Length 42" - Handle Length 38"
Empty weight 14LB, weight with sand 20LB, weight with lead shot 28LB
38" long handle that passes through the head for the strongest design possible
Removable back plate to add/remove weight
Nulla palma sine pulvere.
'No garland of victory without first the dust of the arena.'

Sometimesians, unite!

Yikes! Pricey. But maybe that's what hammers cost.
