Shovelglove goes to hollywood?

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Shovelglove goes to hollywood?

Alas, no specific mention of "shovelglove."

Michael Clarke Duncan lost 90 pounds after adopting a farm-style workout regime he created for himself. The star, 49, weighed in at 360 pounds a year ago when he decided it was time to tone down, so he bought himself a tractor tire and a sledgehammer.

The actor ran with the 100-pound tire strapped to his waist and used the sledgehammer to work his love handles.
Michael, if you're lurking here, it's time to decloak! :-)

I found another source for this article.
Apparently, he used the sledgehammer to 'hit a tire', a lot like some other sledgehammer enthusiasts perform on other sites.
He would do 100 strikes, and some sprints with the time.
Then he would do 20 strikes, run a sprint....do 20 strikes, run a spint...etc...you get the picture. But, again, he went from 340 -350 lbs down to 275.
