Postnatal exercise system

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Postnatal exercise system

Post by Teammoney » Wed Jan 15, 2020 11:30 pm

Hi, I know this is very specialised as it is only for physiological women (no offence meant to anyone else) but I just started this exercise program for postnatal recovery that came highly recommended and I couldn’t help but notice it is 12 minutes per day. I’m in the easy beginners week and still so glad that NoS gives me the structure to do it. They are presenting quite good results and although I know that you cannot trust this kind of marketing it would be good if true.
