Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. The video links are broken on the
Shovelglove routine evolution page. This probably happened when that information was moved off the front page. Because the links are relative, they now refer to the wrong place. This can be fixed by changing, for each move:
