for the XX crowd -- SG during that time of the month?

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

for the XX crowd -- SG during that time of the month?

I started SG a couple weeks ago and have been pretty faithful to doing it 5 days a week, but it's period time and I'm feeling kinda rotten now. I don't do yoga at this time but what about SG? Is it safe to do during menstruation?

Everything is 'safe' to do during your period. If you have cramps exercise can actually help get rid of them. I know it helps mine. And why don't you do yoga? Again it will not hurt you at all, and the gentleness of yoga again might help with cramps.
Creating and sustaining the No S habits are the only thing that will take me in the direction I want to go!
