I'm surviving!

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

I'm surviving!

Gardening season has started with a bang, and thanks to Shovelglove I'm surviving!

This weekend DH and I were in the garden all day weeding, digging up old shrubs and preparing the soil for planting. Real hard work. Thanks to Shovelglove I'm not sore at all. I have learned my lesson. In winter, Shovelglove!

That's awesome, and proves how useful Shovelglove is. Ver' cool.

That's great to hear. For me it's the other way around -- what I notice most is how shovelglove preps me for snow shoveling season.
