warm up?

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

hi

i looked for this subject in the forum but didnt find anything

i started shiveling again this week, and it ocurred to me, do you warm up?

i assumed not in the begining bacause 14 min is already a short time, if you do a 3 min warmup you are takeing time from those 14
