Walking in Vancouver
Walking in Vancouver
So my holidays start Saturday. As I will be relying on public transportation, I suspect I will be doing a LOT of Urban Rangering. There is something to be said about not having a car that forces you to move...

Hee hee Sister Sibyl!!!
Have a great time!!!
I remember seeing bald eagles when I was up there in the nineties...
Wow what a cool place to visit!
I have some friends who live on a little island called Sointula....
About 400 miles from the mainland...
It's real beautiful!
Eat some Salmon and watch some whales for me!
Love

I added it all up, and it seems I only walked about 22 miles the week I was there (not counting going in circles in the museams, art galleries, shops, etc).
Doesn't seem like a lot at all, written out like that. Then again, I was 'wandering', not power walking, and the important thing was that I was moving the whole time I was there. I saw lots of neat things. And I felt great.
You were right - awesome weather for walking.
