urban ranger in pattaya

Post by chiangmaiboss » Wed Sep 02, 2009 7:25 am

Today was like urban ranger in Pattaya. Friend from Italy bought guesthouse here and so I am staying here a few days. He is 60 but in good shape and walks 1-2 hours a day for exercise. he has 2 bamboo sticks and uses them like ski poles and walks very fast. Went past beach and up hill past Big buddha statue and through Pattaya City park. Part of it was very steep and on the way did pullups on bar in the park. Walked about 1.5 hours and plan to do same tomorrow, but no shovelglove as came on the train and am not dragging big crochet hammer with me.

Sounds great!

Yeah, urban ranger travels a lot better than shovelglove :-)

(Though the 14 minutes of exercise every N-day part is quite portable)
