Yeah, but some of us sit at work and are disabled as well, making activity more difficult. :roll: Well, I do ride my recumbent exercise bike and move around on breaks. All we can do is all we can do huh.

That's good! I always worry about this but thankfully my tiny bladder sends me up and down the stairs at least once an hour.
