I recently came across this project that reminded me a more verbose version of PPP:

Anyone else doing anything like this? I like the habitual affirmation of values, beliefs, and goals.

He got a little complicated for me-I didn't finish it-, but it certainly dovetails Reinhard. I have some time coming up on break from school. Might take a look again. I, too, like the idea of looking at beliefs, etc. rather than just habits like wipe the sink down each day. I think Reinhard is or used to be in a book club that examined philosophical texts. I'd imagine doing that consistently would keep a person looking at beliefs as an ongoing habit.
