1st day on NoSdiet

Post by Newfie Girl » Wed Jan 03, 2007 9:07 pm

A few weeks ago I was on-line looking for information on weight loss to present to a weight support group that I attend. I clicked into nosdiet and it was just like a light bulb turned on and I knew I had finally found something that might work for me.

I am 59 yrs old and 100 lbs overweight. I have a long journey ahead of me. I am a little fearful about getting through the 1st night without food. I am determined to give this my best. So glad that I found this diet .

Welcome! Don't be fearful -- this is a very kind and gentle diet. It requires a bit of firmness up front and some patience, that's all.

Thanks for the encourgement gratefuldeb67. I have almost made it through 3 days. My portions have been a bit large, but I have made it to the next meal without eating. I know this is worth it.
