Just curious about the weight loss anyone has experienced and how long it took you to get there. I realize this is not a quick fix and everybody's different, but I am curious.

BC..sigh...if they'd let Americans work there, we'd still be there. Lovely place.

So far, 4 pounds in a month. That's ok for me. I seem to have one "hiccup" a month where I lose 2 pounds in a week.

However, I did calories and exercise charting the whole time to keep me on track because I have portion distortion from years of bingeing. I made sure I kept to 1000-1200 calories a day and roughly 200-300 calories of exercise. I don't know if I could have lost weight by just eyeballing the food on one plate, and S days would have destroyed me.

No clue. But I'm down a pants size and my squidgies are smaller.

I've lost 12 pounds since the end of February, call it ten weeks.

I also get about an hour a day of various exercise (Mostly swimming, walking and weight training).

Thanks for the replies, being as I,m still a newbie to the plan. I guess real time people telling me successes means way more than "said testimonials"
If you know what I mean. Good luck all I will keep on plugging away.
