I've read a few productivity oriented blogs, but Zen Habits is the only one I go back to frequently because I find the articles simple and to the point, and his blog is formatted in a nice simple way (not too many ads and other links to distract you!).

I also like the various vegan food / recipe blogs out there, but have those on anti-bookmarks at the moment, not good for either productivity or No S to read too visit those too often :)
