Thank you for sharing these articles, both offer excellent advice and valuable information. As started in the first article losing weight is more of a lifestyle thing. Most of the weight loss programs fail because people concentrate more on the diet than on changing their lifestyle, like eating small meals 4 – 5 times a day, or exercising at least 30 minutes a day, etc.
