How do i upload an image or jpg?

You need to have the image on the internet somewhere. Then you do this:

[img]http://www.host.com/myimage.jpg[/img]

where obviously the web address that you include between the img tags is the address of your actual image, not the fake one that I put there.

If you don't already have a place on the web to put your image, google "free web photo hosting" and see which one suits you. I've used imageshak.us a little and it worked fine.
