Checking in can be a bit of a chore but you can always modify it to fit your needs.

As for no-s, I certainly wish it were as easy as it sounds. The theory is simple enough - Oh but for the execution :roll:

I wouldn't worry too much about checking in. I do it sporadically. Sometimes I have months where I check in every day and then months where I'm MIA. When I need it or enjoy advice I come back here.

It's a also a great place to chat about recipes (I know on a diet site!!!) and the more I enjoy my food the easier it is to stick to my 3 meals.
