4pm. cheese. bread. milk. Able to avoid sweets.

D: Family bought takeout for dinner. Tried to eat less takeout food and more fruit. pork. cheese. onion. cucumber. orange. lychee. strawberry. milk.
Stick to the No Seconds rule :)

Thurs. Had apple crumble in the morning, on top of breakfast.
Thinking too much about No S is probably not good. I feel like rebelling.
