Thanx, whoson.

By 'half', I mean half of what I used to do.
In terms of the bodyweight routine, used to do 10 reps of each exercise. The 'half' means 5 instead of 10. Thus, it's the same series of exercises but half the volume. In other words, half morning-bodyweight-routine rather than half-morning bodyweight routine.

As to when, it's usually first thing in the morning, around 4 to 5 am. I simply find it hard, esp in summer, to do it later in the day, and prefer doing it on an empty stomach.

Similarly, 'half yoga video', means a 30-min or so class rather than a 60-min one.

Yes, the terms really make for a note to myself rather than a clear public communication.

I always feel badly for you when you have a short sleep and don't feel rested! I may have missed a post somewhere about why this is a struggle, or maybe you haven't shared. Anyway...sounds exhausting!

That's awesome! I've had a bad couple of nights due to my cold & was praying you'd have a good night's sleep. It's so hard not to be well-rested.

I haven't slept 8 hours for over 20 years. I don't know why, either, though when I'm on break, I do get a bit more. But I'm willing to sleep more any day; the body doesn't cooperate. It irks me so much when all these health articles these days say to get more sleep.

My health plan offers a sleep clinic which they claim has good results. I'm going to call to sign up after my two-week break coming up. I hope I'll have good news to report.

I'm afraid it might end up that I just need to follow some advice similar to the simple recommendations of No S- which took decades of believing it had to be something else.
