First post...inspired to change~

I'm new here and excited about No-S. I have had bingeing and overeating in my past and have created some very deep ingrained habits.
I'm starting No-S today.
I'm realistic that tonight, when I usually go hog-wild on candy and treats, that I will feel uncomfortable, anxious, and a little crazy because there hasn't been one night in years that I haven't satisfied my intense urges for too much food.
It will be new, weird, and a little tough but I can do it.
I can feel discomfort. There's always enough, another meal ahead, and I love my body enough to stop giving it more than it needs (and less junk).
