I'm not sure how active these boards still are (it's been 11 years since I last visited apparently!) but after trying somany other diets over the year, I'm returning to this one because the last time I reached my goal weight was...you guessed it: when I was no s-ing.
So, it's Monday and I'm starting today again. For the 8 billionth time, after trying keto, variations of low-carb, interrmittant fasting (though I do kinda like that one, but isn't it like No-S anyway?), and probably some other diets I'm forgetting, here we go again!

Alright Rea! I recently joined again too and I'm so happy I did. It's probably the right time for you! It's good to prove once again to ourselves that diets don't work. Patients is key. Have a great first day:)
