doing well

Thought I'd let you know that I am keeping to No S ! The first day yesterday (mon) it was a little hard to adjust to as my old diet let you eat when you felt hungry, and you could 'snack' on fat free yogurts as and when you felt like it, and as I have my fridge filled to the rafters, it is very tempting! but I resisted
its an easy choice to make though, as I weigh up, do I want to look good and see the scales move down or cheat eat and make excuses as to why I keep putting the 'day' to start off once more!
