feeling tired but doing well

Well so far so good, I have not cheated on the diet, although I have been very tempted! I normally breakfast on 2 weetabix with a handful of nuts and chopped banana - I find that keeps the hunger pangs away. Lunch is 2 small wholemeal soft rolls with cottage cheese and lots of salad and dinner I like baked potato with chicken and steamed veg and of course lots of water or tea (skimmed milk) and about 40 mins on the cross trainer, I am a wee bit tired, but staying in there.
