Hello everyone I am back again

!!!! This time I am definately going to stick to it and not be seduced away by the quick fix diets that keep beckoning me from the pages of magazines, newspapers and bookshops (except the NO S Book of course). Will get my order in for a copy of the book as soon as possible.
Happy 2008 everyone - and good luck with the No S-ing.

Day 5 - Friday 25 Jan - Success
So far so good - have found this easy so far - but I have now reached my two S days, I think it will probably benefit me if I stay away from sweet food, when I don't eat any chocolate etc I don't miss it, but as soon as I have a taste, then I usually want some more, and then it makes going back to Sing more difficult.
Might just treat myself to a really nice indulgent yogurt.

Hi Reinhard, thanks for the welcome back.
Well so far so good, I always find the first 21 days the easiest, but then things start to get a little difficult, but I am determined this time to carry on and not stray.
Thursday 7th February - Day 18 - Success
Friday 8th February - Day 19 - I am going to call this a success even though it wasn't quite a normal day, I had breakfast (banana and peanut butter smoothie), but then went out to lunch with friends, where I did have a starter and main course (but no seconds, or sweets). I then didn't have anything else to eat all day (apart from a milky drink at about 10pm). So still only 3 plates - does that count????

Saturday and Sunday 9th and 10th February - Days 20 and 21 - S Days -
Success
Just joined the 21 day club - have lost 4lbs, my goal is to loose about 28lbs in total = so 24lbs left to go.
On to the next 21

Success (sort of!!!)
Found it quite difficult today, due to switching S days I think. Also I had a really early lunch about 11am as we were going out and I didn't want to get caught out and the rest of the family decide to to to MacDonalds or some other fast food place because they were all hungry, thought safest thing would be to feed everyone first. But then we were late getting in and didn't get our evening meal until 7:30pm so I did cheat a little and had some cold chicken, a few raisons and a few almonds before my evening meal (virtual plating) rather than eat the snickers bar that I knew was in the fridge. So not 100% successful but it could have been a lot worse.
