Great day ... sun is shinning and I get to check off another green box. I still cannot believe how fast my cravings went away! I joined the Urban Rangers last week (put my car up until winter) and love walking. Really need to get a good pair of walking shoes. I even got one of my co workers to walk on lunch with me...we take the corporate dog (Pete) with us.
