Everyday Systems

I have gotten though another fairly successful day. Although Dinner was more like breakfast. I worked a 10 hour shift , I had my regular toast and cheeze whiz with a glass of soya milk. Then for lunch I had hot turkey sandwich with ff.. worked most of that off during the after noon.. By the time I got home I was to tired to think about eating so I turned on my computer and read the daily check-in... then before I knew it, it was 10pm. so I just had a bowl of rice krispies with soya milk for my late dinner. Now its off to bed and looking forward to breakfast in the morning. Sweet dreams everyone.
