Vacation

We went to the Beach and I ate LOTs of SEAFOOD! I know I probably ate "seconds" because the plates were so big....but I didn't eat snacks or sweets, and I had kept the weekend before no S days to prepare for the trip.
5/12/08 I lost two pounds for total of 8 pounds .

5/19/08 Thought I did pretty good all week but scales said I was up two pounds :cry: I ate a lot of "junk food" this weekend and a big piece of danish pastry.I'm going to get the grill going and cook out this next week more.
