First week of No S

Hi. I've done okay my first week. My first couple days were Red, then I had 2 Green days, which felt great. Then the yellow days...I went pretty wild with my eating this weekend and now I'm worried about being able to go back to eating with restrain. Wish me luck.

Monday's have always been the most difficult for me but it is WORTH IT to be strict with them to help build habit,

Hi chocho,
The first week is definitely the hardest. I think I had 2 green days the first week I tried it, too (but I lost a couple of pounds that week, too, so the effort is still worthwhile).
My first successful week was hard, but it definitely gets easier as you get used to it. What helped me around 3pm was knowing that I could have a cup of coffee or something else to drink to help perk me up.
One day at a time -- you can do it!
