My old habits are hard to break, I lost 25lbs on weight watchers, I am still trying to apply some of what I learned but I am not eating enough to stop the snacking.
I like the idea of eating things I haven't eaten in years, pancakes with my grandkids and bacon with a nice breakfast. I have to work on my lunches. I am not having problems with the sugar or seconds, just the snacks.
