Day 1 - SUCCESS!

B - Quaker oatmeal squares with 1% milk, banana, latte made with 1% milk

L - Turkey, cheddar cheese, and hummus sandwich on whole wheat bread, 2 clementines, glass of 1% milk

D - Whole wheat pasta with tomato and basil sauce, salad with bleu cheese, slivered almonds, dried cherries, and balsamic vinegarette

Day 2 - SUCCESS!

B - Whole wheat english muffin toasted and topped with cheddar cheese, 2 clementines, latte made with 1% milk

L - Turkey club with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on white bread, 2 clementines

D - Whole wheat pasta with tomato and basil sauce, salad with dried cherries, bleu cheese, slivered almonds, and balsamic vinegarette

Day 3 - SUCCESS!

B - Quaker oatmeal squares cereal with 1% milk, banana, latte made with 1% milk

L - Au Bon Pain: half caprese sandwich, small tuscan vegetable soup

D - Filet mignon, baked sweet potato french fries, mixed vegetables

B - Whole wheat english muffin spread with peanut butter, 2 clementines, latte made with 1% milk

L - Stir-fried lo mein noodles and vegetables

D - 2 pieces of bruschetta, 2 garlic knots, penne pasta with chicken, sundried tomatoes, and basil

Day 7 - SUCCESS!

B - Toasted whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter, orange, latte made with 1% milk

L - Amy's organic black bean, vegetable, and brown rice bowl, granny smith apple

D - Salmon sauteed in olive oil, brown rice with butter, broccoli with butter

L - Amy's Organic black bean and vegetable burrito, Amy's Organic chunky tomato bisque soup

D - Barbecued chicken, brown rice with butter, broccoli with butter

L - Stuffed baked potato soup, 1/2 proscuitto and mozzarella sandwich on ciabatta

D - Whole wheat pasta with tomato & basil sauce, caesar salad

L - Steamed vegetable dumplings with sauce
