Clarinetgal's Daily Check In

Hello! I thought I'd go ahead and give the daily check in a try, I think it will be a good way to keep myself accountable.
(7/11) S day. I got too crazy again, so I'll have to work on reigning myself in on S days. The only sweets I ate that I really wanted were the organic pomegranate poptarts, the mini ice cream bars, and the chai latte. The rest were just so so. I think on my next S day (which will be next week, since I used Thursday as an S day), I'll try to plan my treats in advance.
Exercise: 32 minutes of Cardio Coach 4, 30 minute stroller walk.
