Had a piece of Moms home made bread
Day 2
Neutral
Ate one cookie for a snack
Hopefully Day 3 will be green!

Restarted today....

15 mins on treadmill, walked to and from school every time, no snacking at night, ate small(er) than small meals...
Green :)


EDIT:

FAIL!!!!! I never ate lunch (had to do drivers ed), and had 4 BK chicken fries for supper...
I was hungry and had leftover chinese food.
