Rainyday check in

Week 2 on the No S plan, plain vanilla.
I just weighed myself at 174 lbs (5'9") so my BMI is inching into overweight for the first time ever (F 34). I've always been naturally thin/average, but the last two years of office work and travel seem to have caught up. Snacking is definitely the issue, and desserts and multi-courses at work meals. I don't snack or eat sweets at home, it's a work habit.
I'm just concentrating on no-S eating habits because I already exercise for 90 mins 2-4 times a week.
I'm aiming for 20-25 lbs weight loss over the next 12-18 months and then maintenance, to be back to my "normal" weight. I'm going to be fairly relaxed about this effort, and try to avoid weighing myself a lot (maybe once a week)
So far, so good. It hasn't really been difficult at all, so I hope it's working! I dislike "dieting" since I love food/cooking and hate fake food, so this is pretty exciting.
