DAY 1

SUCCESS

Breakfast: 9:20 am
Carrot and coriander cup soup with two small slices of buttered toast

Lunch: 12:30

2 potato waffles with baked beans and quorn mince
I have almost certainly eaten lunch too early but I was really hungry :?

Dinner: 8pm ish
Potato wedges and sour cream dip

FAIL

Day two and failed already!! :oops: Started off ok but then started picking at bits of food after lunch. I'll have to start again tomorrow.

Pizza, one whole pizza!!!!!! :oops:
