Started yesterday, again, (3/24/1).

Had a spectacular first day (plus 30 minute "ride" on the Airdyne).

Heading into lunch today on task.

Doing well. Evn though today is not an S day, I didn't snack, had 3 chocolate chip cookies for lunch, and had no seconds.

I am findin breakfast is the key, a "bigger" reakfast keeps me satiated until the lunch hour, and also seems to have a carry over.

Today breakfast was egss scrambled w/ cheese, 2 bacon strips, a slice of toast and 6 oz. of orange juice.

Lunch was a ham sandwich, 3 dried nectarine halves, 3 cookies and a glass of milk.

Diner was a plate of beef Burgundy, mashed potatoes, peas (w/ butter) and a drizzle of Burgundy sauce on the potatoes and meat.

Ate light today, didn't feel well. Ate a salad, fruits, rice and left over burgundy stew, some cookies a a Coke. Probably 1500 for kc for the day.

Today was an N Day...

Isn't that what we call a successful day?

Anyway, three plates, three meals, and a pint of milk in between.

Plus a 35 minute ride on the Airdyne. :D

Although I did get a good workout in, and a 30 minute dry sauna, the nutrition part o my day was a disaster.

Also put in a Bullworker (Isometric) workout. Forgot to Sauna, which irritated me at midnight when I remembered that I forgot.

4/2 went well, until about 10 PM, and then I hit the cookies. Failure, despite a 40 minute Airdyne ride.

4/3 Success! Three meals, no seconds, no sweets. Also did an Iso 7x workout, plus a 40 minute sauna.

Easter Sunday:

An S day, but for a holiday/eating day my S days are becoming less significant in the total food I eat. The day started well with two meals.

Then I snacked lightly just before dinner, had one plate for dinner. Then a chocolate Hershey's bunny, one of those sticks you dip in the "powdered flavor", a piece of pie.

Drank 48 oz. of water during the evening and took a sauna.

A Success day.

Dinner was "borderline. Had a Jack in the Box gourmet grilled sandwich, have a bag of small fries, and half a regular shake. (I have noticed shake prices have gone up, the the actual size of the shake has shrunk...) I'll count it thuogh since I had under eaten the rest of the day, and I ate until I was satiated, and didn't finish the whole meal.

40 minutes on the Airdyne, 3 1/2 hours of bridge club.

Sucess.

The pre-dinner got a bit dicey. I'd had a plate of chinese food for lunch, and wasn't sure that would get me into early evening. But, I made it.

Rode the Air-dyne for 30 minutes, at close to a 3.0 work load. When I reach that that will be 11.7 Cooper Aerobic points per workout.

Saturday and Sunday were S days. Snacked, but not excessively, a doughnut and about 8 cookies, and a bowl of ice cream between the two days.

A lot of water on Sunday, upwards of a gallon.

Hope everyone had an excellent weekend.

Plus, my fitness level has increased measureabley. :)

not too good the last few days. Up a couple of pounds, but down another "notch" on my belt, whihc makes me happy to know my waist is getting smaller.

Plus my fitness is getting better weekly. Monday will be two months, so I'm looking forward to see what has happened in the last 60 or so days.

Two months today, weighed 179 this morning. Up 4 pounds from my 1 month weighing. didn't quite expect that, so time to re-dedicate.

A couple of things could contribute, less fluids, an adjustment in heart meds, or, just plain to many calories, they kind of sneak up on us...My exercising is as constant as it has been, I have been able to add some jogging in with the Airdyning. Prefer the Airdyne, but the jogging is a nice change of pace.

This last weekend were two S days.

Today should be fantastic. :D Bridge tonight!

I'm back, the stress of negotiations nd the school year are over. Just spent a week in the West Indies (Caymans), snorkeled, swam, walked on the beach, and weigh 175 without even trying. I'm happy about that. So, today, getting a "fresh" start.
