2.5 days on habit under my belt, so to speak. Yay! A slight discomfort when do not snack at night, but it is already getting easier.

One Week on habit and down 2.5 lbs

I am very, very happy and surprised about how easy this has been. Thank you, Reinhard. I had been so frustrated with "bad foods" diets that I was about to give up. I see now that I had been eating way too much food, even though it was healthy food. Cutting out snacking is hugely effective and not hard after the first few days. I am on board for life, friends.
