Nothing really comes to mind right now.
I think giving up sweets (for the week anyway) is quite the challenge, too.
Hang in there.....it will get easier. I've only been on this diet since 11/8/10, and the difference in my eating choices and pattern is nothing short of a miracle.
Try eating fruit at the end of your meals. A month ago I didn't even like fruit, and now it satisfies my sweet tooth and I have actually even started enjoying it!
