SlimForXmas2012 Daily Check In

Hi guys,

After several failed attempts at No S - I am back.
Yesterday was a work day for me ( it happens once a month ) and so I kept it as an N day because the routine of work makes an N day so easy for me on a 10-5 shift.

So yesterday was a green on my habitcal. Yeah really fantastic start for my day one.

This week I am on lates so to make sure I keep on track I am drinking loads of tea when I first wake up which is not a bad thing. I will shift back breakfast and lunch to later in the day. Breakfast about 10.30, lunch at about 4 pm and dinner when I get in at 9 pm.

This week its just food and no alcohol! So far so good. I have managed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and today so far.
