Lilycat path

Well im back. This place seems to make the most sense of the "diets " there are out there. This is day 3 without many pieces of candy. Im starting slow over the next couple days after the excess sugar withdrawel is over I hope to be fully back to No s. My weight is fine but my health needs healthier foods and less snacks and sugar highs and lows .

welcome back. I agree that this makes the most sense of the "diets" out there. I'm sure you can do it! Keep us updated on your progress.
