I tried to follow the No S Diet before and actually lost about 10 lbs. but then lost the discipline and gained it all back. I'm going to start the diet again with two changes. This time, I'm going to keep track of whether I stuck to it or not with HabitCal. And I'm also going to do a daily checkin. My goal is to make No S Diet a habit so that sticking to it becomes easier.
Each day, I'll post an update of how I did and my morning weight. My weight this morning: 169.0 lbs.

Thanks eschano. I tried No S a long time ago and it worked pretty well. But then I stopped using it. This time, I want to make it into a real habit!

Monday (10/22): Failed. I'm a little bummed that I couldn't stick with it for the first day. But I hope to redouble my commitment.
