I am going to work on this too. Even though from past dieting experience I know that my body feels better with certain foods I want to find a way to incorporate things I really like. I think we can find a balance between things our body needs and things we just like to eat because they taste so darn good.

Thanks, automatedeating!
I'm currently in bed, while my kids are watching tv in the next room. My 7-year-old is great about watching his sister when needed. I took a nap when my daughter was taking hers, but I'm still pretty wiped out. I had French onion soup topped with mozzarella and a diet Coke for lunch. Yummy!

Oh definitely, sick days are S days. I think it's important to do whatever you need to do to feel better. I often find I need more food when I have a cold to get over the tiredness. That said, I try not to eat too many sweets.
Get better soon!!

Thanks for the encouragement, eschano. I only had a little ice cream, and then grazed the rest of the day. Too bad every week of the No S diet couldn't have 3 S days in a row.

I'm feeling a bit better today, so no S day for me.
Breakfast:
Egg and cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard on whole wheat
Diet Coke (MY PRECIOUS!)

Glad you're feeling better!
BTW, I'm a big diet coke fan too.
