Aprilsparrow Daily Check in
So last Sunday I really hurt my back. I've been in pain for a whole week now. I went to see a chiropractor and she told me about the importance of not being overweight. So I went home feeling depressed wanting to have a snack and I told myself "NO!" I am ready to do what it takes now to be a success at the NO S Diet. A mini goal I have is to try completing the NO S Diet until Christmas Day! Kind of like a Christmas gift to myself.

Sometimes doctors can end up just discouraging us. Moderation is good for the body, and the slow(er) weight loss is sustainable, and better for your health in the long term than rapid weight loss that doctors may applaud. NoS fits this perfectly. I love that you consider it a Christmas present to moderate your eating! Merry Christmas!

My husband and I celebrated our 14th anniversary this year too! Congrats, marriage is never easy, but I think in most cases it's worth the effort.

Thank you and congratulations!! I know marriage is the most wonderful experience in the world but also the most frustrating at times. When did you celebrate your 14th Wedding Anniversary?automatedeating wrote:My husband and I celebrated our 14th anniversary this year too!
