Starting today

Hope to get my eating under control. Main problems are that I snack too much and eat way too much sweets and potato chips. I've been addicted.
I am so tired of the constant obsession with dieting and the latest weight loss trends. I just need structure of the one plate, 3 meals and get back to sanity!
