Why Big Food Isn't Quite as Evil as You Think It Is (Whew!)

This goes along with Voting with Your Mouth and/or Voting with Your Dollars:
Why "Big Food" Isn't Quite as Evil as You Think It is

It's quite simple: the foods most heavily demanded by consumers always survive. If we want the crap to go away, we just need to stop buying it!
"That which we persist in doing becomes easier for us to do. Not that the nature of the thing itself has changed but our power to do it is increased." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson

"You are what you eat -- so don't be Fast, Easy, Cheap or Fake."

I fully agree with this article. No one is going to keep producing a product that doesn't sell. As consumers we have much more power than we think.
Nothing is impossible-only improbable.

Now I'm thinking about foods that didn't make it. Naturally, I can't recall any. Do they still make Fluffanutter?
